"Fighting for a fairer Victoria through evidence-based policy."

I’m genuinely scared of what’s coming.

One Nation is polling at 22% not because their policies work but because the material conditions crushing ordinary australians are real, and they’re the ones who sound angry about it. when people can’t afford rent, can’t afford the commute, can’t afford to stay in the city their kids grew up in, they will turn to anyone who sounds like they’re fighting for them.

I’ve watched this movie before. so have you. we know how it ends.

The answer isn’t polite academic policy documents nobody reads. It isn’t managed decline with better messaging. It’s competence populism: language that connects with justified anger, backed by solutions that actually work.

That’s what I’m building.

I’m a systems architect, software engineer, and operations manager with 15 years of transferring proven solutions across domains. transport infrastructure. software engineering. complex operations at scale. I don’t see a housing crisis, a transport crisis, and a cost of living crisis as three separate problems. I see one failure of state capacity expressing itself three ways.

Fix the state’s capacity to build, own, and operate public assets competitively and you fix all three simultaneously.

My core belief: the state should be the most efficient, most competitive operator in the market. Not to crowd out the private sector, but to force it to earn its place. Make public housing so good that developers have to compete on quality. Make public transport so frequent that car dependency becomes a choice rather than a sentence. Run public assets like westfield runs shopping centres, Capture the returns, pay them back to citizens.

This isn’t left or right. it’s just what high-functioning states actually do.

The window to do this is closing. I’m not interested in managing the decline.

Let’s build.
