About Fusion

Fusion Party Victoria is a progressive political party fighting for working Victorians. We take no corporate donations, follow evidence-based policy, and believe government should work for people - not property developers and corporate donors.

We started because we were tired. Tired of politicians promising infrastructure and delivering excuses. Tired of watching our friends move interstate because they couldn't afford rent. Tired of the same two parties taking corporate money and wondering why nothing changes.

So we built something different. A party that runs on evidence, not ideology. That funds through small donations and volunteers, not property developers. That says what needs to be said, not what focus groups want to hear.

🗽 Personal Liberty

Maximum net freedom. You should be free to live your life, make your own choices, and pursue your own goals - as long as you're not harming others. This means:

• No government surveillance state tracking your every move
• Your body, your choice: reproductive healthcare, assisted dying, what you consume
• Freedom of speech and the right to criticise power without retaliation
• Privacy as a human right, online and offline

🤝 Social Justice

Everyone deserves dignity, opportunity, and a fair go. Not because of where they were born, who they love, or how much money their parents had. This means:

• Housing as a human right, not an investment vehicle
• Free, world-class public healthcare and education
• Equal rights regardless of gender, sexuality, or identity
• A social safety net that catches you when you fall

🌏 Environmental Responsibility

The planet is on fire. Acting on climate isn't virtue signaling - it's survival. And it's our responsibility to future generations. This means:

• Net zero by 2035, not 2050
• Massive investment in public transport and renewable energy
• Protection of native ecosystems and biodiversity

What works matters more than what sounds good. We follow the data, listen to experts, and change our minds when evidence says we're wrong. This means:

• Policies backed by research and expert consensus
• Transparent costings and impact assessments
• Learning from what works in other jurisdictions

We don't take corporate donations. Not from property developers. Not from mining companies. Not from anyone expecting favors. We fund through small donations and volunteers.
